According to the "Sixth Tranche Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Draft Amendment)" of the Company: Given that the performance targets for the third vesting period of the first tranche of the sixth tranche and the second vesting period of the reserved tranche of the sixth tranche restricted stock incentive plan were not met, and 9 individuals from the first tranche and 4 individuals from the reserved tranche have resigned and lost their eligibility for the sixth tranche restricted stock incentive plan, the Company will repurchase and cancel 3,709,700 restricted shares of the first tranche and 668,000 restricted shares of the reserved tranche that have been granted but not yet vested to these incentive plan participants. In summary, the Company will repurchase and cancel a total of 4,377,700 restricted shares.
