Special Notice: The re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Shenzhen Fuanna Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the twelfth meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Audit Firm for 2026". It is proposed to re-appoint ZhiTong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "ZhiTong" or "ZhiTong Firm") as the Company's financial report and internal control audit institution for 2026. This matter still needs to be submitted for deliberation by the Company's shareholders' meeting. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Explanation of the Proposed Appointment of Accounting Firm
ZhiTong is an accounting firm primarily engaged in the audit of listed companies. It legally undertakes certified public accountant services independently and possesses qualifications for securities and futures-related business. It has many years of experience and professional capabilities in providing high-quality audit services to listed companies, which can well meet the Company's requirements for establishing and improving internal controls and financial auditing.
