Shenzhen Fuxingna Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listing Rules No. 1 - Norms for Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board," and the "Articles of Association of Shenzhen Fuxingna Home Furnishings Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and the "Rules of Procedure for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors," assessed the performance of Zh同 Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zh同") in its audit work for 2025. (I) Basic Information
Zh同's predecessor, Beijing Certified Public Accountants, was established in 1981. In June 1998, it underwent a reform and merged with Beijing Certified Public Accountants. In 2011, it was approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance to be restructured into a special general partnership. In 2012, it was renamed Zh同 Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). Zh同 is headquartered in Beijing. Its chief partner is Li Huiqi, and its registered address is 5th Floor, Saite Plaza, 22 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Zh同 is among the first batch of accounting firms to obtain qualifications for securities and futures-related businesses, qualifications for auditing super-large state-owned enterprises, and financial auditing qualifications. It is also among the first batch of domestic firms to obtain qualifications for auditing H-share companies and is registered with the PCAOB in the United States.
