Zhitong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhitong") was formerly Beijing Certified Public Accountants established in 1981. In June 1998, it was restructured and merged with Beijing Certified Public Accountants. In 2011, it was approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance to convert into a special general partnership and was renamed Zhitong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) in 2012. Zhitong is headquartered in Beijing, with Li Huiqi as the managing partner. Its registered address is located on the 5th Floor, Saite Plaza, 22 Jianguo Men Wai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Zhitong is one of the first accounting firms to obtain qualifications for securities and futures-related businesses, to be approved for auditing large state-owned enterprises, and to obtain financial auditing qualifications. It is also one of the first domestic firms to obtain H-share company auditing qualifications and is registered with the PCAOB in the United States.
