Reason for Changing Audit Institution: Given that the term of engagement between Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Lixin has expired, and to ensure the orderly progress of the annual audit work, the Company, after public tender and evaluation, proposes to appoint Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit institution.

The appointment of Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the tenth meeting of its seventh Board of Directors on August 10, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Appointing the 2026 Audit Institution." The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Daxin as the Company's 2026 audit institution (including financial statement audit and internal control audit, hereinafter referred to as the same). Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was established in 1985 and was restructured into a special general partnership in March 2012. Its headquarters are located in Beijing, with its registered address at Room 2206, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing. Daxin has 33 branches nationwide and a branch in Hong Kong. In 2017, it established the Daxin International Accounting Network, which currently has 48 network member firms in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and other countries. Daxin is one of the earliest accounting firms in China engaged in securities service business, and it was among the first to obtain H-share enterprise audit qualifications, with over 30 years of experience in securities business.
