Progress Announcement on Guarantees for Subsidiaries
The Company and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate, and complete, and that there are no false records, misleading statements, or material omissions.
I. Overview of Guarantees
Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 18, 2026, a cumulative guarantee of no more than RMB 550,000 million for some of its subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements. This guarantee line can be used repeatedly, covering financing for domestic banks and other institutions (including but not limited to RMB/foreign currency loans, bank acceptances, letters of credit, import and export bill endorsements, packing loans, bank guarantees, financial leasing, etc.) with joint and several liability. The guarantee line for subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio not exceeding 70% is no more than RMB 37,700 million, and for subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio exceeding 70% is no more than RMB 173,000 million. The guarantee line can be adjusted among subsidiaries. However, when adjustments are made, subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio exceeding 70% (at the time of the shareholder meeting's approval of the guarantee line) can only obtain guarantee lines from other subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio exceeding 70%. The guarantee methods include, but are not limited to, guarantees, mortgages, and pledges. The specific guarantee amounts and periods will be executed according to the specific contracts. The Company's Chairman has been authorized to sign guarantee agreements and other legal documents and handle related matters within the approved limit. II. Progress of Guarantees
