Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. 2025 Annual Report of Independent Director
As an independent director of Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I have strictly adhered to the provisions of the Company Law, the Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the Company's Articles of Association. I have diligently exercised the rights granted to me by the Company, kept abreast of the Company's production and operation information, paid close attention to the Company's development, and actively attended relevant meetings held by the Company in 2025. I have expressed independent and objective opinions on matters reviewed by the Board of Directors, faithfully performed my duties, fully exercised the independent role of an independent director, and protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The performance of my duties as an independent director during my term in 2025 is hereby reported as follows:
I. Basic Information My name is Liu Zhiqiang. I am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I am 51 years old and hold a doctoral degree. I completed postdoctoral research at the State University of New York at Albany. I have previously served as the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Research and Development of Organic Synthesis Technology in Zhejiang Province and the head of the Key Discipline Direction of Biochemical Engineering in Zhejiang Province. I am currently a professor at Zhejiang University of Technology, Executive Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Research and Development of Organic Synthesis Technology in Zhejiang Province, Deputy Director of the National Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Chiral Biological Manufacturing, Deputy Director of the Cultivation Base of the National Key Laboratory of Green Chemistry Synthesis Technology, and concurrently Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Society of Biochemical Engineering. I served as an independent director of the Company from July 2019 to July 2025.
