Special Report on the Board of Directors' Self-Assessment of Independent Directors' Independence

Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Self-Assessment Report on Independence" submitted by incumbent independent directors Mr. Zhang Weikun, Ms. Zheng Feng, Mr. Zhou Yuejiang, and former independent director Mr. Liu Zhichang. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulatory Guidance No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," the Company's Board of Directors has assessed the independence of the Company's independent directors for the year 2025 and hereby issues the following special opinion:

Upon verification of the employment history of incumbent independent directors Mr. Zhang Weikun, Ms. Zheng Feng, Mr. Zhou Yuejiang, and former independent director Mr. Liu Zhichang, as well as their signed self-assessment documents, it is confirmed that these individuals do not hold any positions in the Company other than independent director, nor do they hold any positions in the Company's principal shareholders. They have no interest relationships with the Company or its principal shareholders, nor any other relationships that may hinder their independent and objective judgment. There are no circumstances that affect the independence of the independent directors, which complies with the requirements for the independence of independent directors stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulatory Guidance No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies."
