I. Overview of External Investment
In March 2026, the Seventh Board of Directors' Fifth Meeting of Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and approved the signing of the "Investment Agreement for the Production of 200,000 Tons of Lithium Battery Electrolyte per Annum" with the Management Committee of the Coastal Industrial Park of Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone. According to the agreement, the Company will establish a project operating company within the Binhai Coastal Industrial Park to invest in and construct a project for the production of 200,000 tons of lithium battery electrolyte per annum.
