(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces the relevant information on newly added litigation and arbitration cases involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant regulations:
I. New Litigation and Arbitration Matters
The Company and its holding subsidiaries have no new litigation cases exceeding 10% of the net assets as of the latest audited period. As of the current date, a total of 16 new cases have been added, with a total claim amount of approximately RMB 16.1187 million, accounting for about 7.95% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the latest audited period. Among these, the amount of litigation and arbitration cases where the Company or its subsidiaries are the plaintiff or applicant is approximately RMB 5.3825 million, and the amount of litigation and arbitration cases where the Company or its subsidiaries are the defendant or respondent is approximately RMB 10.7362 million.
