As an independent director of Ningbo Linyi Environmental Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, I have diligently and conscientiously performed my duties during the year 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Reporting Year"). I have gained a detailed understanding of the Company's operations, faithfully fulfilled my responsibilities as an independent director, actively attended relevant company meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals from the Board of Directors, and protected the interests of shareholders. I. Basic Information
I, Ruan Bowu, born in September 1969, am a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and hold a Ph.D. I have previously served as Chief Engineer at Ningbo CRRC New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and as an independent director of Vanke Technology Co., Ltd. I am currently an independent director of the Company, Dean of the Research Institute of Advanced Energy Storage Technology at Ningbo University, an external supervisor at the Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University, an expert group member of the National Defense Science and Technology Innovation Special Zone of the Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission, a standing director of the China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, a visiting researcher at the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Vice Chairman of the China Supercapacitor Industry Alliance, Chairman of the Supercapacitor and Energy Storage Technology Professional Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Traction Electrical Equipment and Systems, Advisory Board member of the International Conference on Advanced Capacitors, a senior member of the Chinese Society of Micro-Nano Technology, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Energy Storage Science and Technology," editorial board member of the journals "Electric Locomotive and Urban Rail Transit" and "Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society," executive director of Ningbo Erhei Technology Co., Ltd., and an independent director of Ningbo Zhenyu Technology Co., Ltd.
