As an independent director of Guangdong Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical"), in accordance with relevant laws, regulations such as the "Company Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Work System for Independent Directors," I have faithfully and diligently performed my duties, fully utilized the role of an independent director, and protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.

(I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I am Jiang Baiguo, with a Ph.D. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. I previously served as an assistant lecturer, lecturer, associate professor, and professor at South China Agricultural University, and as the Director of the Law Department of the School of Humanities and Law at South China Agricultural University. I am currently a professor at the School of Law, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Trade. I was elected as an independent director of Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical's Ninth Board of Directors on December 29, 2025.
