To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Guangdong Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Zhongsheng Pharma"), during my term of office, I have strictly adhered to the provisions of the Company Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, regulations, the Articles of Association, and the Independent Director Work System. I have diligently performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, fully exercised the role of an independent director, and safeguarded the overall interests of the company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.

I. Basic Information
(I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I am Lin Ruichao, holding a Ph.D. I have previously served as a teacher at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, a teacher at the University of Burgundy, France, a researcher at the National Institute for the Control of Chinese Medicines and Ethnic Medicines, China, and a researcher at the National Institute for the Control of Food and Drugs, China. I was also an independent director of Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Currently, I am a teacher at the School of Chinese Materia Medica, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, a director of Beijing Bozhi Lvyuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and a director of Puer Yunhe Tea Co., Ltd. I also serve as an independent director of Heilongjiang Zhenbaodao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. From December 2022 to December 2025, I served as an independent director of the Eighth Board of Directors of Zhongsheng Pharma.
