As an independent director of Jilin Yalian Development Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have diligently and faithfully fulfilled my duties in accordance with the requirements of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulation" and the "Articles of Association of Jilin Yalian Development Technology Co., Ltd." I have actively exercised my independent role to safeguard the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I am Li Yanxi, born in 1970, a Chinese national, with a Ph.D. in Management, a professor, and a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I have served as an assistant professor, lecturer, associate professor, associate dean, and dean of the School of Economics in the School of Management and Economics at Dalian University of Technology. I have also served as an independent director for China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd., CIMC Intermodal Transportation Co., Ltd., and Harbin Harbin Investment Co., Ltd. I am currently a professor at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology, an external supervisor for Bank of Shengjing Co., Ltd., a director for Dalian Water Affairs Group Co., Ltd., an independent director for Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and a director for Dashang Co., Ltd.
