Three-Year (2026-2028) Shareholder Dividend Return Plan
To further improve Focus Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Focus Technology" or the "Company") dividend decision-making and supervision mechanisms, establish a sustainable, stable, and scientific investor return mechanism, maintain the continuity and stability of the profit distribution policy, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company's investors, and increase the transparency and operability of dividend distribution decisions. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the "Notice on Further Implementing Cash Dividends for Listed Companies," "Supervisory Guideline No. 3 for Listed Companies – Cash Dividends for Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," combined with the Company's actual operating conditions and future development plans, the Company has formulated the Three-Year (2026-2028) Shareholder Dividend Return Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), the specific contents of which are as follows:
I. Factors Considered in Formulating This Plan
The Company, focusing on long-term strategy and sustainable development, considers the characteristics of the industry in which it operates, the Company's actual operating and development conditions, strategic development plans, current and future profitability, cash flow status, and shareholder wishes to make systematic arrangements for profit distribution, establishing a continuous, stable, and scientific return plan and mechanism to ensure the continuity and stability of the profit distribution policy.
