(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Highsea Intelligence") has compiled statistics on cumulative litigation and arbitration cases involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules." The cumulative amount involved in these cases has reached the information disclosure standard. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of New Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases
From the date of the Company's previous announcement on May 12, 2026, titled "Announcement on New Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases" (Announcement No.: 2026-031) to the date of this announcement, the Company and its holding subsidiaries have cumulatively added 3 new litigation and arbitration cases, with a total amount involved of RMB 17.1148 million, accounting for 27.04% of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period. Among these, the litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are plaintiffs or applicants amount to RMB 17.0330 million, and the litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are defendants or respondents amount to RMB 8.18 million.
