From March 28, 2026, when the Company last disclosed the "Announcement on Major Litigation" (Announcement No.: 2026-015) to the date of this announcement, the Company and its holding subsidiaries have added a total of 56 litigation and arbitration cases, involving a total amount of RMB 15.7469 million, accounting for 24.88% of the company's latest audited net assets. Among them, the amount of litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are plaintiffs or applicants totals RMB 75.88 million, and the amount of litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are defendants or respondents totals RMB 1,498.80 million.
