As an independent director of Sunsea Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during the reporting period, I have diligently and faithfully performed my duties in strict accordance with the "Company Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Standardized Operation Guide No. 1," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association," "Independent Director System," and "Annual Report Work System for Independent Directors." Previously served as a clerk and administrative manager at Shenyang Aluminum Magnesium Design and Research Institute, Zhuhai Branch; accountant at Weire (Zhuhai) Magnetic Co., Ltd.; financial manager at Zhuhai Hengli Group; deputy financial controller at Guangdong Douun Electric Co., Ltd.; acting financial controller at Guangdong Shirong Zhaoye Co., Ltd.; financial controller at Guangdong Yilong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.; group financial controller at Jiangsu Kawi Automotive Industry Group Co., Ltd.; group financial controller at Gree (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.; financial controller at Zhuhai Kang Sheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; group deputy general manager and group financial controller at Guangdong Jianxing Holdings Group Co., Ltd.; lecturer at Shanghai Qiuyu Enterprise Management Consulting Center.
