As an independent director of Haihe Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during the reporting period, I have strictly adhered to the Company Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Standard Operation Guide No. 1, and other laws and regulations, as well as the Company's Articles of Association, the Independent Director System, and the Independent Director Annual Report Work System. I have diligently, faithfully, and responsibly performed my duties, fully exercised the role of an independent director, and safeguarded the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. Zhao Guangyu: Male, born in 1968, with a bachelor's degree, lawyer. Previously served as a high school political teacher and Youth League Committee Secretary at Qiucun Middle School, Guangde County, Anhui Province; full-time lawyer at Guangdong Chenguang Law Firm; full-time lawyer and partner at Guangdong Dagong Weide Law Firm; full-time lawyer and partner at Guangdong Light Law Firm. He has served or is concurrently serving as a long-term legal advisor to the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, a legal advisor to the Zhuhai Police Association, a long-term legal advisor to Zhuhai High-tech Construction Investment Co., Ltd., a long-term legal advisor to Zhuhai Xingli Computer Products Co., Ltd., a long-term legal advisor to Zhuhai Public Bicycle Co., Ltd., a legal advisor to Zhuhai Pisu Products Co., Ltd., and a long-term legal advisor to Zhuhai Yingboer Electric Co., Ltd. He is currently a full-time lawyer and partner at Guangdong Zhongcheng Law Firm. He has served as an independent director of the Company since August 2023.
