Haiyun Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Haiyun Intelligence") at its 28th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors and the First Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in 2026 deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Estimated Daily Related Party Transactions for 2026." For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Estimated Daily Related Party Transactions for 2026" (Announcement No.: 2026-003) disclosed by the Company.
Due to the Company's business development and production and operation needs, the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries are expected to conduct daily related party transactions with Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafa Group") and its controlled enterprises. These transactions are mainly for daily business such as procurement or sales of goods and services with related parties. The Company estimates that the total amount of new daily related party transactions in 2026 will not exceed RMB 20 million. In 2025, the total amount of daily related party transactions actually incurred by the Company with related parties was RMB 1.058 million.
