(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that its former President, Mr. Wang Liwei, has resigned due to work arrangements and has been elected Chairman of the Company. For details, please refer to the relevant announcements disclosed by the Company on April 30, 2026, in the China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times, Securities Daily, and on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn).
On May 15, 2026, the Company held the 21st meeting of the 7th Board of Directors, which deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Chairman Acting as President of the Company." To meet the needs of the Company's operational management and improve corporate governance, the Chairman, Mr. Wang Liwei, will temporarily act as President until a new President is appointed. He is authorized to perform the duties of the President as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association and relevant systems, until the Board of Directors appoints a new President.
