(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the nineteenth meeting of the seventh Board of Directors on April 24, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Company's Implementation of <Enterprise Accounting Standards Interpretation No. 19> to Change Related Accounting Policies."
