Assessment Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm for 2025
Beijing Oriental Eco-Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "this Company") has appointed Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxinghua") as the auditor for the Company's 2025 audit. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," etc., the Company has assessed Zhongxinghua's performance during the 2025 audit. Based on the assessment, this Company believes that over the past year, Zhongxinghua's qualifications, quality management level, work plan execution, human and resource allocation, information security management, and risk-bearing capacity have been compliant and effective, demonstrating independence, diligence, and fair expression of opinions. I. Qualifications
(I) Basic Information
Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants was established in 1993. In 2000, it was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and restructured into "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." In 2009, it absorbed and merged with Jiangsu Fuhua Certified Public Accountants, and was renamed "Zhongxinghua Fuhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." In 2013, the firm underwent a partnership conversion, and the firm's name became "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership)." As of the end of 2024, Zhongxinghua has 199 partners and 1052 certified public accountants, of whom 522 have signed audit reports for securities services.
