In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Work Rules of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee" of Beijing Oriental Eco-New Energy Co., Ltd. In 2000, it was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and restructured into "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." In 2009, it merged with Jiangsu Fuhua Certified Public Accountants and was renamed "Zhongxinghua Fuhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." In 2013, the company underwent a partnership system reform, and the firm was renamed "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership)." (7) Zhongxinghua's total revenue for 2024 (audited) was RMB 2,033.3819 million, of which audit service revenue was RMB 1,547.1965 million and securities service revenue was RMB 332.2005 million. (8) In 2024, Zhongxinghua audited the annual reports of 169 listed companies, primarily in industries such as manufacturing; information transmission, software, and information technology services; wholesale and retail; real estate; mining, etc., with a total audit fee of RMB 22.20886 million.
