We were engaged to audit the financial statements of Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhongli Company") for the year ended December 31, 2025, in accordance with Chinese Certified Public Accountants Auditing Standards, and issued an unqualified audit opinion on April 23, 2026, under report no. RSM Shen Zi [2026] 361Z0345. Based on this, we have reviewed the "Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd. 2025 Revenue Deductions Report" (hereinafter referred to as the "Revenue Deductions Report") prepared by the management of Jiangsu Zhongli Company.
According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling," the preparation of the Revenue Deductions Report is the responsibility of the management of Jiangsu Zhongli Company. This responsibility includes ensuring the content is true, accurate, and complete, and free from false records, misleading statements, or material omissions. Our responsibility is to express a special audit opinion on the Revenue Deductions Report prepared by the management of Jiangsu Zhongli Company, based on our review.
