(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notice of termination of listing from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 23, 2024 (Company Department Letter [2024] No. 207). The Company's stock price was below 1 yuan for twenty consecutive trading days from July 26, 2024, to August 22, 2024, triggering the conditions for termination of listing as per Article 9.2.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision). The Shenzhen Stock Exchange intends to terminate the Company's stock listing.
