I. Meeting Details
On August 13, 2024, Vtron Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the ninth meeting of its sixth board of directors at the company's conference room located at No. 233, Kezhu Road, Guangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, combining in-person and remote participation. The meeting notice was delivered to all directors via communication on August 9, 2024. A total of 6 directors were eligible to vote, and all 6 participated in the voting, with Mr. Lu Yu, Mr. Liang Chunhui, Mr. Gao Zhiping, Mr. Zhang Wendong, and Mr. Geng Zhijian voting remotely.
