Special Reminder:
- Weichuang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Implementation of Delisting Risk Warning and Suspension and Resumption of Trading" (Announcement No. 2024-025) on July 6, 2024. The Company was unable to disclose the 2023 annual report and the Q1 2024 report within the statutory deadline. The Company's stock has been suspended from trading since May 6, 2024. If the Company fails to disclose the 2023 annual report and the Q1 2024 report within two months of the suspension, the stock will resume trading on July 9, 2024, with a delisting risk warning implemented.
- According to Article 9.4.18 (1) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the Company does not disclose a report guaranteed by more than half of the directors as true, accurate, and complete within two months from the date of the delisting risk warning, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will decide to terminate the Company's stock listing.
- During the period when the stock is under delisting risk warning, the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement regarding the potential termination of its stock listing at least once every five trading days, as per Article 9.4.10 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Investors are advised to invest rationally and pay attention to risks.
