On April 27, 2026, Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beixin Road & Bridge" or "the Company") held the 30th meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Nominating Director Candidates." The specific details are hereby announced as follows:
I. Details of Nominating Director Candidates
Following the recommendation of the Company's controlling shareholder, review by the Nomination Committee of the Seventh Board of Directors, and approval by the Seventh Board of Directors, the Board of Directors agrees to nominate Mr. Du Enhua (for resume, see attachment) as a non-independent director candidate for the Seventh Board of Directors. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the term of the Seventh Board of Directors.
