Its registered address is the 6th Floor, Foreign Affairs Building, No. 1 Yichuan Avenue, Yichuan Ecological Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The chief partner is Cao Aimin, and its organizational form is a special general partnership. As of the end of 2025, there were 54 partners, 276 certified public accountants, and 155 certified public accountants who had signed audit reports for securities services. In 2025, the audited business income was RMB 33,845.20 million. Among them, audit business income was RMB 30,359.18 million, and securities business income was RMB 11,740.47 million. In 2025, the Company audited 22 listed company clients.
