Special Notice
- On April 15, 2025, Zhongke Yunwang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Implementation of Delisting Risk Warning and Other Risk Warnings for Company Stock Trading and Suspension" (Announcement No.: 2025-031). Due to the Company's 2024 net profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses all being negative, and operating income after deduction being less than 300 million yuan, resulting in negative net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company; the Company's net profit before and after deducting non-recurring gains and losses has been negative for three consecutive accounting years. Furthermore, Lianda Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) issued an audit report for the Company's 2024 annual results with a paragraph on the uncertainty of going concern. In accordance with Articles 9.3.1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs (1) and (2) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the Company's stock was subject to a delisting risk warning and other risk warnings starting from April 16, 2025.
