According to the aforementioned award, Ouyang Xuan and Tibet New World Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) are to jointly pay the Company a total of 30,275,390 yuan for breach of contract, attorney fees, preservation fees, preservation guarantee fees, arbitration fees, etc.; the Company is to pay Ouyang Xuan 150,000 yuan in attorney fees.
