I, Liu Chunbin, as an independent director of the sixth board of directors of Meiyingsen Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), have strictly adhered to the requirements of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Independent Director Work System" during my term. I have faithfully, diligently, and independently performed my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, conscientiously reviewed various proposals, and fully exercised my role as an independent director to safeguard the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.
I completed my term and resigned on December 15, 2025. After my resignation, I will no longer serve as an independent director of the Company, nor will I hold any other positions within the Company. The following is a report on my performance during my term in 2025:

I, Liu Chunbin, born in 1971, am a Chinese national with a master's degree. I am a certified public accountant, a lawyer, and an intermediate economist, with no permanent overseas residency. My past positions include: Finance Manager of the Finance Department of Bank of Communications Shenzhen Branch, Branch Manager of Bank of Communications Shenzhen Branch Dixin Building Branch, Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Mingxing Kangqiao Investment Development Co., Ltd., Vice President of China Cheng International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Financial Controller of Longmen Chapai Lead-Zinc Mine Co., Ltd., Financial Controller of Shenzhen Cams Investment Management Co., Ltd., Director of Beijing Kaku Seven Color Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Supervisor of Qianhai Open Source Fund Management Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Shenzhen Huaqiang Industrial Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Nastar Technology Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of the Company. I currently serve as General Manager of Shenzhen Xinxiang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Shenzhen Qianheng Investment Co., Ltd., and Director of Shenzhen Jixin Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd.
