Meiying Sen Group Co., Ltd. Audit Committee Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm for 2025 and Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1," and the "Articles of Association" and "Rules of Procedure for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors" of Meiying Sen Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has diligently performed its duties with a principle of diligence and responsibility. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's performance evaluation of the accounting firm for 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Da Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Da Xin") was founded in 1985. In March 2012, it was restructured into a special general partnership in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities. Its registered address is 22nd Floor, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, Room 2206. The chief partners are Wu Weixing and Xie Zeming. As of December 31, 2025, Da Xin had 175 partners and 1,031 certified public accountants. Among the certified public accountants, over 500 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
