Meiyin Sen Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its Second Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors on April 1, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Using Partially Temporarily Idle Own Funds to Purchase Wealth Management Products." It was agreed that the Company (including its subsidiaries) would use no more than RMB 50,000,000,000 in temporarily idle own funds to purchase wealth management products with principal protection, high security, and good liquidity, with a term of within one year. Within this limit, funds can be used on a rolling basis within one year.
The above matter does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring as defined by the "Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies."
I. Specifics of Intended Purchase of Wealth Management Products with Temporarily Idle Own Funds

While not affecting normal production and operation, the Company will use a portion of its temporarily idle own funds to conduct moderate principal-protected short-term wealth management, which can generate investment income, improve the efficiency of the Company's capital utilization, and create greater returns for the Company and its shareholders.
