2025 Annual Independent Director Performance Report
As an independent director of China Construction Western Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly complied with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for the Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the Company's "Articles of Association" and "Management Measures for Independent Directors." In 2025, I diligently and faithfully performed my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals from the Board of Directors, provided constructive suggestions for the Company's business development and operations, fully exercised the independent role of an independent director, and effectively protected the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially public shareholders. (I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I am Liao Zhongxin, Han ethnicity, with a bachelor's degree, and am an editor (Professor) at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. I previously served as the Director of the Publishing House and the Editorial Department of "Financial Sciences" at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. I am currently an editor in the Editorial Department of "Financial Sciences" at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and concurrently serve as the Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial Association of Social Science Academic Journals. I have served as an independent director of the Company since March 2023. My qualifications meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory rules for independent directors of listed companies.
