01 About This Report
This report is the 2025 Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Report released by Shenzhen COMIX Co., Ltd. It adheres to the principles of materiality, quantifiability, balance, and consistency, focusing on COMIX Group and its subsidiaries' philosophies, significant progress, achievements, and future plans regarding environmental, social, and corporate governance. The reporting period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Any discrepancies will be explained in the relevant sections.
Basis of Preparation
This report is prepared in accordance with the following standards and requirements:

Unless otherwise specified, the policies, statements, and information in this report cover the actual business scope of Shenzhen COMIX Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, consistent with the company's annual report. Unless otherwise stated, the currency unit in this report is RMB.
