Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1 To regulate the temporary suspension and exemption of information disclosure by Fujian Nanping Sun Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other information disclosure obligors, urge relevant parties to fulfill information disclosure obligations in accordance with laws and regulations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company, shareholders, and investors, and in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure by Listed Companies," the "Measures for Temporary Suspension and Exemption of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"), the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "SZSE"), and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Fujian Nanping Sun Cable Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and in conjunction with the Company's actual situation, this system is formulated.
Article 2 This system applies to the temporary suspension and exemption of disclosure of ad hoc reports by the Company and other information disclosure obligors, and the exemption of disclosure of content required or requested by the CSRC and the SZSE in periodic reports and ad hoc reports.
