I. Company Overview
Fujian Nanping Taiyang Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was founded in 1958 and is located at the foot of the Wuyi Mountains, a UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage site, in Nanping City, Fujian Province. The company specializes in the research and manufacturing of wires and cables, with sixty-seven years of history. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 21, 2009, with stock code 002300.
The Company has established production bases including the Nanping Headquarters Ultra-High Voltage Cable Production Base, Nanping Industrial Park Taiyang Cable City, Shanghang Taiyang Copper Co., Ltd., Baotou Taiyang Manduola Cable Co., Ltd., Taiyang Cable (Longyan) Co., Ltd., and Taiyang Marine Cable (Dongshan) Co., Ltd. It is a leading enterprise in Fujian Province for wire and cable manufacturing.
The Company possesses a provincial-level enterprise technology center and a nationally recognized laboratory, and is among the first batch of innovative pilot enterprises in Fujian Province. Through years of technological innovation, Taiyang Cable has accumulated strong technical capabilities, holding 119 patents. The Company's products primarily include cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables up to 500kV, nuclear power plant cables, wind power cables, silicone rubber insulated cables, 35~500kV submarine power cables, submarine fiber optic composite cables, flexible DC submarine cables, and land-based 110kV and above high-voltage cables. The product range covers over 1,000 models and more than 25,000 specifications, enabling the Company to provide comprehensive supporting capabilities for key projects at all levels, both domestically and internationally. It supplies indispensable components for various motors, electrical appliances, and instruments. Taiyang Cable is a supplier for major national key projects such as State Grid, Southern Power Grid, Inner Mongolia Power, the Great Hall of the People, Beijing Olympic Games projects, Guangzhou Asian Games projects, Hangzhou Bay Bridge, the Three Gorges Dam Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, Angang Group, Fuzhou Metro, Xiamen Metro, Shenzhen Metro, Nanchang Metro, Zhengzhou Metro, Ningbo Metro, Tianjin Metro, Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and the Beijing-Taipei Expressway, and the Cross-Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center.
