Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To further improve the insider information management system of Fujian Nanping Solar Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "this Company," or "the Listed Company"), effectively manage insider information confidentiality, maintain the principles of openness, fairness, and justice in the Company's information disclosure, effectively prevent insider trading and other violations of securities laws and regulations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"), the "Listed Company Regulatory Guidance No. 5 - Registration Management System for Insiders of Listed Company Insider Information" (hereinafter referred to as "Listed Company Regulatory Guidance No. 5"), the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules") issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 5 - Information Disclosure Affairs Management" (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 5"), and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, rules, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Fujian Nanping Solar Cable Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association").
