Fujian Nanping Sun Cable Co., Ltd. Special Report on Securities Investment
Fujian Nanping Sun Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby reports on its securities investment situation for the year 2025, as required by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Listing Rules for Main Board Companies and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Business Handling Guidelines for Listed Companies. The situation is as follows:
I. Review and Approval of Securities Investment
The Company's 10th Board of Directors' 22nd meeting was held on April 15, 2025. The meeting approved the "Proposal on Using Own Funds for Securities Investment." The Company agreed to use its idle funds for new share placements or subscriptions and stock investments, provided that daily capital needs are met and normal operations are not affected. The total amount of idle funds used for securities investment shall not exceed RMB 20 million. Within this limit, funds can be rolled over and used for 12 months from the date of the Board's resolution.
