Independent Director's 2025 Performance Report
To the Shareholders and Shareholder Representatives:
As an independent director of Anhui Zhongdian XInlong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I strictly followed the requirements of the Company Law, Securities Law, Independent Director Rules for Listed Companies, Corporate Governance Guidelines, and the Articles of Association. I diligently and faithfully performed my duties as an independent director, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, and expressed opinions on relevant matters, actively safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. At the same time, the Company provided great support for our work, and there were no circumstances that hindered the independence of independent directors. The report on my performance in 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information
Zheng Xiang, female, Chinese nationality, without permanent overseas residency, born in April 1979, an outstanding Communist Party member, with a bachelor's degree, a certified public accountant, and a party representative of the first congress of the CPC Hefei Certified Public Accountant Asset Appraisal Industry Committee. Currently, she serves as a member of the Management Committee and a senior partner of Beijing Xinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), and concurrently serves as the Party Branch Secretary and Director of the Anhui Branch. She has presided over financial statement audits for numerous provincial enterprises such as Conch Group, Huishang Group, Anhui Military Industry Group, Beiwu Coal Electric Power Group, and Anhui Transportation Holding Group, as well as internal control system construction, internal control audits, New Third Board listing audits, bond issuance audits, economic responsibility audits, and special financial revenue and expenditure audits for multiple companies.
