Anhui Zhongdian Xinlong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants") as the Company's 2025 audit institution. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms for State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated the performance of Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants in the past year's audit. I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm for 2025
- Basic Information Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants was renamed from the former Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and was restructured into a special general partnership on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China approved to engage in securities service business and has long been engaged in securities service business. Its registered address is Floors 1001-1 to 1001-26, Building 1, No. 22 Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Liu Wei. As of December 31, 2025, there were 233 partners, 1,507 certified public accountants, of which 856 certified public accountants had signed audit reports for securities service business. Rongcheng's audited total revenue for 2024 was RMB 2,510.258 million, of which audit business revenue was RMB 2,348.6294 million and securities business revenue was RMB 123,764.58 million. Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants undertook the 2024 annual report audit business for 518 listed companies, with a total audit fee of RMB 62,047.52 million. Its clients are mainly concentrated in manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, scientific research and technical services, construction, water conservancy, environmental protection, and public facility management industries.
