The seventh special meeting of independent directors of the seventh board of directors of Hunan Boyun New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was held via communication on March 29, 2026, in the Company's conference room. Ms. Zhou Lan, an independent director, was elected as the convener and presided over this meeting. Independent directors Mr. Xiao Hanning and Mr. Pan Chuanping attended the meeting.
