Henan Huihuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed its 2025 annual report on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 28, 2026. To facilitate investors' further understanding of the Company's operating performance in 2025, the Company has scheduled an online performance briefing for 2025 to be held on the "Cloud Interview" section of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Interactive Easy" platform from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026 (Friday). This briefing will be conducted remotely via the internet. Investors can log in to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Interactive Easy" platform (https://irm.cninfo.com.cn) and enter the "Cloud Interview" section to participate in this briefing.
