I. Basic Situation of the Major Litigation Accepted
Guangdong Jingyi Metal Co., Ltd. ("the Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Jingyi Sales Co., Ltd. ("Jingyi Sales") and Wuhu Jingyi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jingyi New Materials") have filed lawsuits with the Foshan Shunde District People's Court ("the Court") against Foshan Huahong Copper Tube Co., Ltd. ("Foshan Huahong") and Qingyuan Huahong Copper Industry Co., Ltd. ("Qingyuan Huahong") due to contract disputes. Recently, Jingyi Sales and Jingyi New Materials respectively received "Notice of Case Acceptance" from the Court, with case numbers (2026) Yue 0606 Min Chu 35924 and (2026) Yue 0606 Min Chu 43668.
