Independent Director's 2025 Performance Report (Zhao Jichen)
To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Guangdong Jingyi Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have, in accordance with the "Company Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Company Independent Director Work System," faithfully, diligently, and conscientiously performed my duties during 2025. I have promptly understood the Company's production and operation information, paid close attention to the Company's development status, actively attended relevant meetings, diligently reviewed all proposals submitted to the Board of Directors, and effectively ensured the Company's standardized operation, thereby safeguarding the legitimate interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially public shareholders.
Herein is my report on the performance of my duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I, Zhao Jichen, born in 1963, am a Chinese national with a Ph.D. in Global Finance and Banking from the Global Finance and Banking School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and am a senior economist. I am currently the Chairman of China United Credit International Group Co., Ltd. and previously served as a member of the Executive Committee, Executive Director, and Deputy General Manager of Ping An Group. From 1982 to 2011, I served successively as Branch Manager (Party Secretary), Branch Credit Department Head, and Deputy General Manager of branches at the People's Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and China Minsheng Bank; General Manager of Head Office Departments and Chief Risk Officer. Since June 2020, I have been a director of Aim Vaccine Co., Ltd. Since March 2025, I have served as an independent director of Guangdong Jingyi Metal Co., Ltd.
