Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Announcement on the First Repurchase of Company Shares

I. Basic Information on Share Repurchase
Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 19th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on May 29, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Repurchasing Company Shares." The Company plans to use its own funds and raised funds to repurchase shares (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Repurchase"). The shares to be repurchased are the Company's issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares). The total amount of funds for the repurchase shall not be less than RMB 30,000,000 (inclusive) and not more than RMB 50,000,000 (inclusive). The repurchase price shall not exceed RMB 45 per share (inclusive).
The implementation period for the repurchase of shares shall not exceed 12 months from the date the Board of Directors approved this share repurchase plan. The specific number of shares repurchased shall be subject to the actual number of shares repurchased upon the expiration of the repurchase period.
The shares repurchased this time will be used as a source of shares for subsequent implementation of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans.
