Recently, Shenzhen Lifecome Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") obtained interim analytical data from its innovative biologic JK07 (SAL007) for the RENEU-HF clinical study in chronic heart failure. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:
I. Study Design and Progress
The RENEU-HF study is a Phase II dose-exploration clinical study evaluating the efficacy and safety of JK07 (SAL007) in treating chronic heart failure (HFrEF and HFpEF). All patients received stable guideline-recommended drug therapy prior to enrollment, including diuretics, ARBs, ACEi, ARNis, MRAs, SGLT2 inhibitors, and beta-blockers. The number and types of drug therapies received by patients in this study are far higher than in previous clinical studies of chronic heart failure drugs. The purpose of this trial is to select appropriate doses and medication regimens for subsequent clinical studies. This clinical study has largely achieved its expected objectives.
