Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the Sixteenth Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on January 21, 2026, and the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 2026 on February 6, 2026. Ms. Chen Cong was nominated and elected as an independent director of the Sixth Board of Directors. Her term of office is consistent with that of the Sixth Board of Directors, and it takes effect from the date of approval by the general meeting of shareholders.
